Our Return Policy
If you have purchased a ticket from one of our representatives, please be advised that we do not give refunds. The tickets are transferrable to another party and may be used in some of our other seminars and workshops please ask your representative for details. As we have our events if different locations throught out U.S. we can not guarantee date and location until 2 weeks before event. Note we do not give refunds for date changes or location changes we will however honor the ticklet/s at to other events, please ask representative for details.

If you have a HOLD please be advised that we will hold till that day and then process. If you change your mind during that time you need to send us an email to info@bertoliva.com before the process date. After that date we can not guarantee a refund or cancellation of ticket/s.

If you have purchased a CD program any open packages may not be returned. Any replacements or exchanges may be done up to 5 days after purchase date.

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE :

What information does the Website collect?

Bert Oliva is the sole owner of the information collected on the bertoliva.com and empoweringquotes.com websites. Bert Oliva collects information from our users at several different points on the Website.

We collect information that you may submit to us by e-mail or through the Website's online registration form, membership application form or other interactive features as well as any information that you post to the site, i.e. through bulletin boards and chat rooms. This information includes, without limitation, your name, e-mail address, postal address, credit card account information (solely for payment purposes), phone/fax numbers, height, weight, age, and activity level.

Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)

From time to time, we may employ a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), that help us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Bert Oliva reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Bert Oliva will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge minus a restocking fee of 25%. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

Sales Tax Policy
Because Bert Oliva does business throughout the United States and collects and remits sales tax as required by law, the Bert Oliva Web site also collects and remits sales tax as appropriate. If you have tax-exempt status, you will be required to provide your state tax-exempt certification prior to purchase.

Our Return Policy for Items Purchased Online

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately at 305-774-3438 ext 210 so we can promptly resolve it for you.

Most items in original condition may be returned within 5 days of delivery for a full merchandise refund. Merchandise must be returned in unused, like-new condition. See Return Policy Basics for additional restrictions.

Important note: Except in cases where the return is the result of a shipping error or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees equal to the original shipping charges will be charged to all returns.

Return Instructions
To start the return process, call us at 305-774-3438 and we'll promptly provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your merchandise for a refund or exchange. We will also provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number for each return, which is valid for 5 days. The valid RA number must be included with your return in order to assure proper credit. We are not responsible for merchandise returned without a valid RA number.

Return Policy Basics

• Merchandise in unused, like-new condition in original packaging and paperwork must be returned within 5 days of delivery.

Damaged Items and Shortage Claims
Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt. Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 days of delivery by calling 305-774-3438 x 210.

Cancellation/Postponement:

Once a date is set aside and a presentation confirmed, we often incur commitments of time and resources on your behalf, well in advance of the program date. Because a cancellation/postponement initiated by the Client causes losses, either through direct resource expenditure or because of turning down other business for this date, we have found it necessary to include the following cancellation clause, effective in all cases other than acts of God (e.g., major disasters):

     100% of deposit fee if cancelled in less than 30 days;

                  50% of deposit fee if cancelled in 31 to 60 days before;

                  25% of deposit fee if cancelled in 61 to 90 days before.

If cancellation/postponement is unavoidable, please verify the cancellation by telephone, followed by a written letter to BOE within five days.

Special Order Refund Policy

Because all of our products/services are made to order, there are no refunds, charge-backs or challenges for purchases made with your credit card. All items/orders are made to your specifications and preferences and cannot be 'returned to stock' if you change your mind.

We at Bert Oliva Enterprises, (“Bert Oliva”) want our members to have access to 24 hours of support from other members. Please keep in mind that any information you disclose in a public forum, such as a bulletin board or chat room, may be collected and used by third parties who are not under the control of Bert Oliva.

8. REPEATED VIOLATIONS

Bert Oliva reserves the right to revoke the membership privileges of any participant who routinely violates the Bulletin Board and Chat Room policy.

10. SUPPORT GROUPS

Bert Oliva reserves the right to organize Support Group bulletin boards and chat rooms in order to best serve our members. There may be times that minimal-activity Support Groups will be relocated or deleted entirely.
